AmeriWater offers a range of bicarbonate systems for low, medium, and high volume use. Each complete system provides worry free preparation and distribution of bicarbonate solution. These bicarb systems allow facilities to take advantage of the cost savings of mixing bicarb in bulk. All bicarb systems meet both AAMI and CMS requirements.

HIGH VOLUME – DUAL TANK LOOP FEED

  • Virgin polyethylene tanks with sealed lids and sub-micron vent filters prevent contamination

  • Complete drain fitting and gasketed 10″ covered fill hole, with cone bottom tank design

  • High vortex stainless steel pump mixing action provides complete mixing in minutes and keeps the bicarbonate powder in solution

  • Disinfection is quick and simple with chemicals or ozone

  • Bicarb system and distribution loop can be disinfected with ozone at the same time, significantly reducing the disinfection time

  • Adjustable throttle valve improves disinfection and results in faster rinse out of the disinfectant

  • Manual RO water valves, which spray the entire inside of the tanks, allows for quick and complete rinsing of the bicarb or disinfectant

  • The bicarb mix timer prevents over-mixing of the solution

  • Distribution tank has high and low level audible alarms and low-level distribution pump shut off

  • Optional remote bicarb alarm package available

  • Available in three sizes: 55 gallon, 100 gallon and 100 gallon mix tank/185 gallon distribution tank

MEDIUM VOLUME – SINGLE TANK LOOP FEED

  • Complete drain fitting and gasketed 12″ covered fill hole, with cone bottom tank design
  • High vortex stainless steel pump mixing action provides complete mixing in minutes and keeps the bicarbonate powder in solution
  • Adjustable throttle valve improves disinfection and results in faster rinse out of the disinfectant

  • Manual RO water valve, which sprays the entire inside of the tank, allows for quick and complete rinsing of the bicarb or disinfectant

LOW VOLUME – SINGLE TANK JUG DISPENSING

  • Virgin polyethylene tank with sealed lid and sub-micron vent filter prevent contamination

  • Complete drain fittings and gasketed 12″ covered fill hole, with cone bottom tank design

  • Mixing educator, located inside the cone bottom tank, keeps the water in a swirling motion inside the mixing tank to completely dissolve the bicarbonate, keeping it in solution while filling the jugs

  • Hand operated dispensing valve allows for quick and easy jug filling

  • Available in two sizes: 55 or 100 gallon tank
